TAX CERTIFICATE SALE

DEKALB COUNTY

I, Jessica Lee, Collector and Treasurer within and for DeKalb County, Missouri, hereby give notice as provided in Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, that I shall offer for sale at public auction the hereinafter described land and lots, or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge taxes, penalty, interest and costs which may be due thereon to the State of Missouri for delinquent taxes on real estate, at the Courthouse in DeKalb County on the fourth Monday in August, 2018, commencing at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day and continuing from day to day thereafter until all are offered.

Said land and lots situated in DeKalb County, Missouri, and described on forty acre tracts or other legal subdivisions and the lots described in number, block, addition, etc., and the aggregate amount of taxes, penalty, interest and other costs each year separately stated which are due thereon at the time of sale.

No representation about the condition of the properties offered for sale, express or implied including but not limited to environmental hazards are made by virtue of these proceedings.  Further, no representation is made to the quality of title, with limitations including but not limited to the provisions of Chapter 140 of the Revised Missouri Statutes.
