2023 Tax Statements were mailed November 9, 2023. Taxes may be paid online, by mail, via dropbox, or in person at the courthouse.  To pay online see the “Pay Taxes” button to the right.  If you have not received your 2023 Tax Statement, please call 816.449.5810.  Late fees apply after December 31, 2015.

DeKalb County Collector/Treasurer is Jessica Lee.  Jessica was elected in 2016 and is currently serving her second term.  The Collector is the elected official responsible for collecting current and delinquent property taxes for the county and various political subdivisions within the county which have authorized property tax levies. The Collector is responsible for the accounting and distribution of collections to taxing entities and collects merchant license fees.
